The short version. Billzy has no account system and no server. Your clients, catalogue, invoices, estimates and receipts are stored on your device and nowhere else. I do not collect, transmit, sell or share your data, and there are no analytics or advertising libraries in the app.

Nothing. Billzy does not collect personal data. There is no sign-up, no login, no user profile, no cloud backup and no telemetry. The app does not contact any server belonging to me, and it does not include third-party analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or advertising SDKs.
Everything you type into Billzy stays in the app's private storage on your device. That includes:
None of this is uploaded anywhere. It is readable only by Billzy on your device, protected by your operating system's app sandbox and device encryption.
Billzy asks for a small number of permissions. Each one is optional, each is used only for the purpose described, and the app works if you decline all of them.

When you share a PDF or send a follow-up, Billzy prepares the document or the message text and hands it to your operating system's share sheet. You then choose the app that sends it — WhatsApp, Mail, Messages, or whatever else you have installed — and you press send there.
Billzy does not send anything on your behalf and cannot email your clients by itself. Once you hand a document to another app, that app's own privacy policy governs what happens to it.
Billzy is a one-time purchase. You pay once when you get the app and every feature is yours for life, with no subscription, no recurring charge and no additional in-app purchases.
That purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. I never see your name, card number, billing address or any other payment detail. Apple and Google provide me only with aggregate, anonymised sales and download reports. Refunds, receipts and billing questions are handled by the store you bought from, under their own privacy policies.
Billzy is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because your data never leaves your device, there is no server-side copy to request, export or erase. You are in full control:
Please keep your own copies. Since there is no cloud, if your phone is lost, wiped or damaged, the data in Billzy goes with it. Share or save PDFs of documents you cannot afford to lose, and keep your device backed up with iCloud or your usual Android backup. Those backups are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not mine.
If you contact me for support, I will see your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. I use it only to reply to you, I do not add you to any mailing list, and I do not share it with anyone. Please do not send client lists, invoices or other sensitive business records unless they are genuinely needed to resolve your issue.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. Billzy holds no personal data about you on any system I control, so those rights are satisfied in the strongest way available: there is nothing to disclose, nothing to sell, and nothing for me to delete. Data held on your device is directly under your control at all times.
If Billzy ever gains a feature that changes how information is handled, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
